Tahoe Bleu Wave

I originally booked the The Bleu Wave for a wedding service and reception to be completed in 8/20/2016. Plans have since changed I canceled the reservation with plenty of time to get my deposit back. I was aware there is a $300 fee, however I am due $4200.00 back. I have now sent 3 requests and was assured a check would be sent on 1/25/2016 however this action was not completed.
