The pricing this person is referring to is for vacation rental pricing on a condo advertised on [redacted]. The $190 nightly rate was advertised on the condo's front [redacted] page as "from $190 per night". This person thought the $190 per night applies to the dates in question. baseline (off season) rate, hence the "from". The rate varies per time of year and whether the dates in question are during a holiday. The rate schedule for the year is clearly identified in the "RATES" tab on the [redacted] page or by simply scrolling down the page to the rate section. If this person was thorough enough, he/she would have clearly seen the accurate rates for the dates in question.
Review: The rates you advertise are not current for the season and when you go to book your reservation the price changes. When I called I got a completely different rate than what was online and the person said he was looking at the wrong calendar. then said they cant control what [redacted] does yet it "pulls" the information from THEIR reservation. The advertised rate was $190.. when you go to book it, it goes up to $390, thats over 200% increase!?Desired Settlement: They need to be accountable for ALL their posted rates and be honest with the consumer, don't advertise the LOWEST summer rates when we are in December (the winter season). Its false advertising and if you cant keep track of all the search filters that advertise your properties you shouldn't list them so many places.
