I am rejecting this response because:Lies, lies.. Nobody called me, offered
anything, or apologizedFor god sake, how can one call you, offer, apologize and "not receive a call back" for something - call back on what? for what reason? The whole two line written here as a response to my complain with Revdex.com.org is a complete nonsense. As my bank account has not been refunded with the amount in question, I start a financial dispute, and will inform the Attorney General office about those cheats at Tahoe campgrounds, as well
I called and offered to comp their stay, and apologizeMy employees have since received further training in regard to giving our customers alternativesI have not received a call back from the customer however

Review: I had 2 problems with Tahoe Valley Campgrounds. 1) I arrived to its registration desk at about 2pm 05/28/16 and came to know that they want to charge $52 per night per person for staying in mere ground with all your own equipment, bedding, food etc. I thought it's over-priced and simply asked an employee at the registration desk if I can find more affordable campsite around. I hoped she would be honest with me. I was a visitor to Oregon and did not know the situation at all. She said firmly that it's unlikely that I can find anything available even at that fairly early hour of a day - other campgrounds would be even more expensive than that. Frustrated with that information I thought I had no choice but buying the $52/night campsite that I could hardly afford. Next day I went to explore around and found out that there were plenty of campgrounds $20/night per person an they were available to be booked at afternoon time the previous day. So, I understand that that lady at Tahoe Valley Campgrounds wanted to make a sale on me, but lying to a customer to achieve that is not an option. 2) Next day, 5/29/16 when I came at the registration desk the same lady was trying to rush me into buying another night with them - I refused. I saw the price list at Tahoe Valley Campgrounds and found out that that the price per night should had been $50/night, not $52/night. The lady acknowledged the mistake and agreed to process $2 refund for me. She took my credit card, made me sign papers for refund, i.e. took my time, promised the refund and made impression of processing it. As of today, I have my card just charged with $52 and no any refund received from Tahoe Valley Campgrounds.Desired Settlement: Full $52 refund as I find Tahoe Valley Campgrounds's customer service to be totally inadequate.
