Thank you for notifying Marine View Ventures, Inc("MVV") of the above-referenced customercomplaint regarding vehicle damage she attributes to a carwash we own and operateWe are unfamiliarwith this incident, but are pleased to provide additional information about our investigation andprocedures.MVV has standard procedures that our staff is trained to follow when a carwash complaint is made.These include, but are not limited to, completing a written incident report, conducting a walk-through ofthe carwash to determine whether any malfunctions or other issues have occurred, thorough review bymanagement, and customer contact by the General ManagerThese procedures have been in place formany years and are consistently followed.Our managers have spoken with their staff, and have confirmed that none of them has any recollection orwritten record ofthe alleged incidentThere is no record of a complaint being made before the customerleft the site, or of a subsequent phone call, nor does any of our staff recall an incident on or around thedate provided by the customer and involving the type of damage alleged.Even in the absence of a complaint, MVV conducts regular and ongoing maintenance to ensure the properfunction of its carwash equipment and facilitiesThe damages alleged by the customer could only haveoccurred as the result of a significant equipment malfunction, but we are not aware of any suchmalfunctions or issues with the equipment at or around the time of the alleged incident.MVV is committed to ensuring that we provide a prompt and courteous response whenever a customercomplaint arisesHad we been made aware of the allegations at the time of the incident, our staff wouldhave followed our longstanding procedures to fulfill that commitment.Sincerely,Kelly *C***General Counsel

As noted in our response letter of April27, 2017, MVV is unfamiliarwith this incident and has no record of any communications by the customer prior to receiving noticefrom the Revdex.comOur Aprilletter described our procedures which, in our experience,allow us to track and promptly respond to customer complaints and ensure that we have good recordswhenever a customer complaint is receivedHere there is no such record, and after a thoroughinvestigation including interviewing staff, it does not appear that we were previously contacted by thecustomer.As further noted in our April letter, we have no record of any incident on or around the date providedby the customer and involving the type of damage allegedEven in the absence of a complaint, MVVconducts regular and ongoing maintenance to ensure the proper function of its carwash equipment andfacilitiesThe damages alleged by the customer could only have occurred as the result of a significantequipment malfunction, but we are not aware of any such malfunctions or issues with the equipment at oraround the time of the alleged incident.MVV is committed to ensuring that we provide a prompt and courteous response whenever a customercomplaint arisesUnfortunately, we simply have no evidence that the incident did occur- or even couldhave occurred- as described by the customerSincerely,Kelly *C***General Counsel

additionalinformation.MVV conducts regular and ongoing maintenance to ensure the proper function of its carwash equipmentand facilitiesWhen an allegation is made that our equipment has malfunctioned or has caused damage,our trained staff promptly and thoroughly inspect the equipment to determine whether any malfunctionhas occurred, or whether there is any element of our equipment that could have caused the allegeddamage.That procedure was followed in this case, and we determined that the damage the customer reported couldnot have been caused by our equipmentThe alleged damage simply isn't consistent with the equipmentoperating normally absent a defect or other abcondition, and we found no such defect or otherconditionNo other similar damages were reported around the same time as or after the customer visitedour carwashWe reported our findings to the customer, but he did not accept them.We note that the customer states that he did not discover the alleged damage until about an hour afterleaving our site when he "headed back outside"Presumably, then, he did not see any damage when heexited the vehicle upon arriving home, and was not with the vehicle for some period of time when thedamage could have been done prior to his reentering the truck an hour later.MVV promptly took all reasonable steps to determine whether the alleged damage could have beencaused by our equipment and promptly reported our findings to the customerWe are very sorry that hedoes not accept our findings and remains unsatisfied, but are confident that the cause of the damage doesnot lie with our equipment.Sincerely,Kelly SC***General Counsel
