I don't understand this complaint at allOur Revdex.com profile clearly lists all of the websites she mentioned and contains an A+ ratingWe shipped out her items within hours of her placing this order just like our policy states, and we sent her a tracking number, which is [redacted] I'm scratching my head to find anything that we did wrong or that would possibly indicate that we're a scam as she suggests [redacted] estimates the products will arrive tomorrow, less than five days after the order was placedI'm not sure what there was to complain about.Dave

I am rejecting this response because: Then why does this company have aliases? I read the other reviews of the other cistomers What if I receive my order and it isn't right? Do I have to pay to ship these back and have to be charged a RESTOCKING FEE? That isn't right A company with aliases is very suspicious Why different names for the same company? You should just pick one and that's it I had to dig deeper to find out the truth from actual customers If I had known this company was a drop shipper, I wouldn't have taken the chance If these drawer pulls are the right ones, I'll be very lucky

The customer did not comply with our return policies. The items were returned in a condition where the distributor would not take them back, and thus we are stuck eating the costs of the products. Nonetheless, we have issued the customer a full refund in order to put the matter behind us and not...

Ordered new knobs for my kitchen cabinets. Needed 52 knobs. You were so helpful. Your staff took quite a bit of time on the phone with me. You have so many options. Samples came asap and once ordered that was shipped asap. My cabinets look brand knew. What a change. I would highly recommend doing business with your company. I couldn't be happier. Plus great quality and can't beat the price. I'm looking to replace knobs next on all my closets and some pieces of furniture. Thank you. A pleasure doing business with your Company!

This is a great little service. I was able to enter into their web site the name of the manufacturer of my busted 20-year-old kitchen cabinet hinges and their serial number and within days replacement hinges were in my mailbox. Shipping was reasonable and spared me the hassle of driving around to hardware and home fix-up stores searching for similar hinges. None of the stores in my area carry this manufacturer. Kitchen-cabinet-hardware.com's prices were reasonable too. Very happy.

Wonderful customer service. I could not decide what finish and they were of great assistance. Deb the online chat person was so helpful. And the products are excellent. I will recommend to all of my friends and family

Review: I purchased a large order of cabinet door knobs from this company, I returned them and then purchased a different color. The new ones worked out and then I received an email regarding the ones originally purchased that I would not be refunded because they were missing their cellophane wrappers. I wrapped each in tissue paper and sent back with all hardware that came with my product. This is ridiculous. This should be plastered all over their website because people are buying knobs and trying out to see what they like and it's a hard decision so these items need to be returnable.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the full amount for the original purchase refunded to me as I have already spent more money with this company.
