I ordered a $10x** *** Canopy made by ***The order was paid for in full on August 19, I waited for about days and never received a confirmation or tracking emailI reviewed my credit card statement and noticed that the line item read:
"*** ***" ###-###-####
I called the number and could not leave a message because the box was fullI sent several emails to their "customer services" email and didn't get a response until I reported them to my credit card company
They responded that the item was delivered and couldn't do anything aboutI demanded tracking and carrier informationThey failed to respond at this pointBEWARE>>>This is a fraudulent company!

Review: I ordered 2 [redacted] Yard flags on July 12, 2014 and have not received my product. The company does not answer the phone, I emailed twice from their website and twice from my mail program, they finally answered one email and said they would check on the status of my order that was on July 22, 2014 and they have not got back with me. I would just like a refund and to be done dealing with them!Desired Settlement: I would just like the order cancelled and my money refunded to my [redacted] account.

Review: I ordered Corn hole bean bags on Dec. 21st, 2013. They quickly took my money out of my account but I have yet to get the product! I have emailed many times and one even said that it was shipped and then it was going to be shipped next week, and that it was on backorder. They gave me a number for "John" but he is very busy they said.. I have left about 10 messages for "John" and countless emails but no product has arrived at my doorstep and I have had no correspondence since April 13th, 2014 from this companyDesired Settlement: I would like my product and my money back and a phone call to explain why it's taken this long. I believe this is a very shady business.

Review: I had ordered a product from this company on July 5th, 2014. They sent me a confirmation email for this purchase but they stated that I would receive an estimated shipping date in the next couple days. I waited, and waited but still never heard back from them so I sent them another email questioning my order. They responded and said they "We apologize, you should have received an email about the delay. We are waiting to receive more from our supplier as there was an inventory error in the computer. We will try and get you an estimated ship date today."

However, it has been a week or so later and I have yet to get another email. I have tried to contact them again but I have gotten no response.Desired Settlement: I would greatly appreciate a delivery of my order or if that is not possible then a refund for my money.

Review: we ordered a set of corn hole boards in oct. we still have not received this order. I have tried several times to contact this business each time being told the order will be shipped in a couple days. And still not receiving my order. this company was quick to take the payment out of my accountDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for this order. tired of waiting for them

Review: I ordered corn hole board from this company on June 4, 2014 and was told I would get the product within 10 days. I also paid an extra $100 for 3 day [redacted] shipping. I can not get through on there till free number. I email the company and usually do no get a response. When I did get one they have me a tracking number for [redacted] and when I go to the [redacted] site it tells me that a shipping label was printed on June 16th but no product has been sent to [redacted] to ship. Now I email them daily and never get a response.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or the product. This was for Father's Day. At this point it's already past. I kinda just want my money back

Review: I placed and order back on 12/ 10 and paid a total of $275.00 with a debit card, the charge cleared our account on 12/12 for a item that was a Christmas Gift. We paid an extra $80 expedited fee to insure the items came before Christmas. Not only did it not get to us by Christmas as promised and paid for but we still after almost 60 days have NOT received the item we paid for. I have emailed over 20 times and left numerous message on the phone number provide on my bank stmt. with NO return phone calls and STILL not product recieved and NO money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like the order that we paid for to be delivered as promised and in good condition.

Review: On February 25, 2014 I ordered a windsock from tailgategiant.com....I still have not received this item....I have written several emails to them with no satisfaction....They keep saying they are checking into this and will get back to me....I have tried their phone number several times and it says that 800 number is not available at this time....They will only respond with they are checking on it...Today I asked for my money back and was told now that the item has been shipped and they cannot return my money while it's in that status...I sent two more emails telling them I want my money and now they do not respond any more....I would appreciate any help I can get with these people....Desired Settlement: I just want them to send my money back to me....I do not want the item any more....I do not want to deal with these people....I'm beginning to think they are a scam....

Review: I ordered a small item from Tailgate Giant on July 23. I emailed the company on July 28 to inquire of the whereabouts and ask that the address be changed, since I was leaving my home for 10 days to get married. I received a response that same day that the address could be changed and that I would receive an update on my order. I emailed again on August 10 after I did not receive the product and did not get a response back about its status. After no response, I emailed again on August 12 asking about the whereabouts of my item and stating that I wanted a refund if the item had not been shipped out yet. I received a reply on August 12 stating "We are looking into this, it looks as though it may be backordered since a lot of the new [redacted] Items are backed up. We will find out and let you know. " I never heard back from the company and emailed again on September 2 to ask about the order and demand a cancellation and immediate refund of my money. I received an automated reply on September 2 and again on September 10 that I would be contacted in 24 hours. After the second automated email, I responded to say that I wanted my refund and they would have until COB Friday, September 12 to get it back to me or I would take it up with my credit card company. I received an immediate response back asking for my order number and apologizing for the inconvenience. I forwarded the original order email from the company to customer service on September 10. I have still not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund of my $10.79 credited back to my account.

Review: My girlfriend order a set of corn hole boards from this Tailgate Giant company for me as a gift. When I received the boards and opened the package and quickly learned that there were no corn hole bags with the boards that I paid for with the order. Also the boards were suppose to be a Max-4 camouflaged which they are not and the camo laminate was peeling off. I have called and email the company for a few months hoping to get some kind of customer service but still have yet to receive any. Me and my girlfriend have called two different phone numbers they give and no one has ever answered or returned any voice mails nor have they ever responded to an email. My girlfriend was getting responses from the company when she was placing the order but as soon as anything was said about the problems with the boards we havent heard anything! My mother emailed the company saying she had a few questions about ordering a board before she ordered and they responded saying a representative would contact her but never did!Desired Settlement: I would like the president of the company to contact me and my girlfriend who ordered the boards and offer us a full refund and an explanation of why me and my girlfriend have been ignored.

Review: I made a purchase from tailgate.com on December 2nd, 2013 and was charge on December 3rd, 2013 and have no received my product. After much research I am discovering this company is a scam and is run by a high school graduate named [redacted], it seems as though there are many others having the same issue as me. Review: I ordered 3 items almost two months ago. I understand it takes time but I can not seem to get a response from th the phones are always under repair and if I email them I never get a response back until I told them to cancel my order they said it was in process that was two weeks ago so I emailed them again 3 more times and two weeks later I get the same response that my order is in process. They where quick to take the money but that was all that was quick I have all emails if needed between the company and myself.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order within the next week.

Review: I ordered a cornhole board on December 12, 2013. I was informed it would take 21 days to build and then I would receice a shipping confirmation with tracking once it was shipped. I have never received any of this. I have been emailing and posting on their [redacted] page. They do not have a phone number listed. On January 7, 2014. I was told my order has shipped and asked if I had not received a shipping confirmation. I wrote back saying I had not. On January 14 I was told they would talk to the shipping manager and find out what is going on. I never heard anything. I emailed again on January 21 asking for information (still have not received shipping confirmation or the product I ordered). I was then told my order is listed as shipped but there is no tracking information and that the shipping manager would be contacted to find the info. They then continued to say that it may have been listed as shipped accidnetally and then they would need to send out a new order. I wrote back saying I would like this fixed and that over a month was not ok and poor customer service. They wrote back saying they would let me know when they find out what is going on. My [redacted] posts I had posted are no longer there. I have been contacting and contacting. I keep getting pushed around and no answer provided.Desired Settlement: I feel that the company has not stood by what they promised. Delivery after 21 days and shipping confirmation. It has been a lot longer and their customer service has not provided any solution or acknolwedgement to rectify this situation. I would like my product and a refund for my purchase. This is not okay to take orders, not inform customers, and keep them guessing regarding their purchase.

Review: On Feb. 25th, 2014, I purchased a set of custom made cornhole boards from [redacted] aka Tailgate Giant. I was told via email "turnaround on these is around 2 weeks, because they are custom". On March 27th, over FOUR weeks from the date of purchase and payment I called to follow up on my order and was told that is was not ready. On Thursday, April 3rd, I confirmed pickup for Monday, April 7th - this was done via email with the owner, [redacted]. . I sent an email to [redacted] on 4/4 confirming that the boards would also include black and yellow bags to go with the game. He replied "That's what it says on the order".

Once I received the boards and opened them up at home, I opened the package to find the incorrect color bags (even though I had confirmed that week) I also noticed that after one day (and with no use of the boards at all) the decals were already peeling (I have pictures). I emailed [redacted] on 4/12 to remind him about the incorrect bags and ALSO to send him pictures of the peeling decals - He replied on 4/12 " I will take a look and see what we can do. I'm positive they were sealed, this may be an odd exception where they are pealing. " By 4/15 I STILL hadn't heard back so I sent another follow up email. He replied on 4/15 - "I took a look and though I responded, I've been so busy that I guess I forgot to respond. I will see what can be done to fix these. ". Since this date he has not replied to either of the 3 follow up emails I have sent, nor has he sent the correct bags, etc. I believe he is trying to make me "go away" by ignoring my correspondence. The dates of the following up emails were 4/17/14, 4/21/14, 4/25/14Desired Settlement: I am fine with either of the two following options 1) refund the purchase price of $178.50 or 2) Pick up the boards at my home for repair and return them to me with the correct bags that were always supposed to be a part of this order.

I am extremely frustrated that even the CEO and President of the company refuses to respond to me or to fulfill his contractual obligations to me. All I have for contact information for him is: [redacted].

Review: I ordered $18.30 worth of merchandise on August 1, 2014. I never received the merchandise. After exchanging e-mails and advising I wanted my order cancelled and my money refunded, this has yet to happen.Desired Settlement: Refund my [redacted] account immediately.
