His response to my complaint was a debate on whether my shirt was laundered or dry cleaned, it makes no differenceThe shirt has been stained with inkMy wife did drop off the shirts, he did not inform her he would stain the shirt with ink pending her decisionSecondly, just because he has been doing a service for 20+ years and no one has complained, doesn't make it right to stain a shirt with inkI actually believe he does business with a different type of clientele and isn't used to dealing with such expensive and high quality clothingEither way, I provided you with a photo of the ink stain in my previous email, bottom line - he either removes the ink or buys the shirtThat is what is fair?!?

                      I am trying to respond to [redacted]’s complaint but it’s not letting me respond. But in response to his complaint I would like him to bring in the shirt so we can see if we can take the stain out. If it doesn’t come out then we would talk about it and see what solution and conclusion we come to.

Every other cleaners I have worked with always puts a sticker on the collar, if it is for laundry. If it is for dry clean we use different tags and don't put stickers on...

the collars. We asked the person dropping it off if they wanted it for dry cleaning or laundry and she responded laundry. I have also been calling Revdex.com and I have received no response regarding some questions I have. But shouldn't the person who dropped off the cloths be the one submitting the complaint, and if purchase price is what the customer has payed for the service it should be $3.50 for both shirts not $8.50. I would like for the customer to take the shirt and show you guys the damage it has supposedly been done to and if you guys think its bad we want them to bring the shirt in so we can try to take the ink off.

Review: I just moved to the area, have been getting my clothes professionally dry cleaned for 8 years now from a number of businesses in the Westchester County area. I sent two shirts over to him to try out his services. Almost all my shirts fall into the range of $200-400. The shirts he returned to me were poorly cleaned, had tags that were stapled into the shirts, damaging. Worst of all, they put a sticker on the inside of the collar, which after removing, leaves behind a permanent ink stain. The shirt he potentially damaged was a $230 custom shirt. When I received the shirt, I immediately brought it to the attention of the [redacted] - his response was, "that is how we launder of all the shirts", which is not acceptable and then walked away and told me, "he didn't care"!!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of his cleaning services, I will also give him an opportunity to remove the ink stains. If he can not get the ink out, I would like the $230 custom shirt replaced. He can chose to either make an attempt at removing the ink or just issue me the cash, his choice.

My wife did drop off the shirts, he did not inform her he would stain the shirt with ink pending her decision. Secondly, just because he has been doing a service for 20+ years and no one has complained, doesn't make it right to stain a shirt with ink. I actually believe he does business with a different type of clientele and isn't used to dealing with such expensive and high quality clothing. Either way, I provided you with a photo of the ink stain in my previous email, bottom line - he either removes the ink or buys the shirt. That is what is fair?!?
