I have been working in this location for about years, and this is the first time I have ever received a complaint like thisEvery other cleaners I have worked with always puts a sticker on the collar, if it is for laundryIf it is for dry clean we use different tags and don't put stickers on the collarsWe asked the person dropping it off if they wanted it for dry cleaning or laundry and she responded laundryI have also been calling Revdex.com and I have received no response regarding some questions I haveBut shouldn't the person who dropped off the cloths be the one submitting the complaint, and if purchase price is what the customer has payed for the service it should be $for both shirts not $I would like for the customer to take the shirt and show you guys the damage it has supposedly been done to and if you guys think its bad we want them to bring the shirt in so we can try to take the ink off
