I have used Aqua Pool & Patio for months, for pool equipment and pool suppliesHowever, I did not use their monthly maintenance service, because I decided to take care of my pool myselfI have a saltwater poolOn occasion, I would ask their staff questions about the care of my poolTheir staff reluctantly gave me information and hung up on meMost recently, they replaced a piece of equipment and when I called to tell them it did not work, they insinuated that I must be causing the problem After pleading with them that I did not touch the equipment, they finally came and replaced it a second timeWhen the second replacement part did not work, they returned to discover they had wired it wrong
I recently terminated by almost 3-year relationship with them, because they were inattentive to my needs Last year, it took them months to find out why my pool turned green - the reason was that they failed to tell the new pool guy that I have a DE filter I continued to pay my bill This spring, my pool was filthy despite having been "cleaned" - after a month of calling, they finally suggested that it might be a filter problem In the meantime, my pool remained filthy They knew that I had a party coming up, yet I had to keep after them until they finally came out All I got was excuses The customer service manager condescendingly called me "sweetie." When your business foundation is service, and you fail to provide service, then you fail period This was an epic failure and I would not recommend them to anyone
