This is a negotiated cash priced item. This unit was sold to them on the negotiated price between I and the customer. They showed up day of when we had other prior customer installs. I then knowing how far they drove, I contacted a couple of customer to reschedule them to accommodate the [redacted]'s....

After they left so we could get the RV ready they showed up at 3pm there scheduled time. At that time our tech. went over the whole unit with them and they were happy with it at the time. At that time they came in to do the paper work and now it is 4pm and we close at 5pm. I told them the total price in which they then asked if they could finance the unit. At that time I let them know we are a small business not a large car dealership so we do not have in house financing. Our company we use is in Florida that they were already closed at that time. They then asked to use a credit card and I told we have a 3% credit card charge and that is exactly what I am charged. I then let them know it could be paid with personal check, cashiers check or cash. Also they did not bring the correct parts to install this camper on their truck and at that time I let them have so sets I had here and would drop ship them the correct parts. Two days later the [redacted]'s called to tell me they needed to return the parts I drop shipped them. In which I paid for shipping there any back and did not charge them the 10% restocking fee that normal customers get on drop shipped items. For some reason they have never contacted me on any of these issues they have decided to use the internet and other sources to discuss there issues with SCATT Recreation. I have built my name on good service and reputation of fixing problems when there is one. Thanks [redacted]
