Review: I brought my husband's white Haband zip up front shirt to the Tailors Cleaners at 7052 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA. After picking it up, I put it in his closet. He took it out last week to wear only to find the zipper pull missing. I brought it back to the same location with the cleaner tags that were on it. The lady said she would make a phone call. She called someone and said the shirt is old. I bought it as a gift in August. I tried explaining that I brought it into the store with the zipper pull. After it was cleaned, someone obviously knew it was missing when they zipped it up. She told me to leave it and they would fix it. I picked up the shirt 10/27 and was told that it couldn't be fixed. If I want, I could go to the main location at 3648 W. Esplanade, Metairie and see the owner, Mr.K**.I went to this location and a young man came out to get the shirt out of the car. I explained what happened and he said it could easily be fixed. He said I could return on Thursday. I asked for a ticket as proof that I left it. The old man, I assume was Mr. K**, told the young man something and he left. The old man says to me, GET OUT AND GO CALL LAWYER. He never looked up from his work. I stood there in disbelief. I asked if he was going to repair the shirt. Again, he rudely says GET OUT AND GO CALL LAWYER.Desired Settlement: I would like the shirt either repaired or re**bursed for the shirt. The young man said it "was an easy fix".
