This dealership gave me the runaround for a year and a half about an issue I was having with my dodge vehicle. for the entire time period, they said the issue was not an issue, that it was normal. my warranty became void mid-late september, so when I went back there at the beginning of october... guess what? they found $650 of repairs that fixed the issue.
so you're telling me that the issue I experienced for a year and a half that wasn't an issue, was fixed RIGHT AFTER my warranty became void? There were apparently no engine misfire codes or a bad o2 sensor code until the warranty became void? WOW what a coincidence!
Never using this place again, not even for an $80 oil change.
