The subject customer purchased a home from Tailored Standards Property ManagementWe purchased a working AC unit that was installed in the home by a licensed and bonded HVAC contractorAny negligence of the installation falls strictly on the contractorAny oversight of the work done by contractor then becomes the responsibility of the home inspector that our customer hired The home inspector that was hired by our customer to survey the property said nothing about any deficiency in the AC UnitClearly had anyone in this matter brought any problems to our attention we would taken all reasonable steps to remedy any problems during that period Finally the customer declined the home warranty that was extended to himSaid warranty would have properly covered any problem after the closing of this homeWe believe that we have operated in a fair and prudent mannerWe offered in good faith, without any admission of blame, fair cash settlement, which was declinedNow because an agreement could not be met, this manner is in the hand of our attorney
