Review: On [redacted]: May *, 2013 bought (2) Apple iPhone 4S 64GB Black-Factory Unlocked; Condition New; Sold by Tailwind International. They were delivered as requested on May **, 2013 to my cousin's address while we were in the process of a move from Italy to US and wanted the phones ready on our arrival on ** May. The phone boxes noted "Do Not Accept If Seal Is Broken". The seals were not broken. Within days, we subscribed to Solavei for cell service. To activate, we needed the Serial and IMEI numbers. It was through this process that we learned that the these numbers displayed in the software did not match the sim card slips. When the phones malfunctioned, an Apple technician in Medford created a service request [redacted]. I also called Apple Customer Service to describe what we found. The warranty was running out. I had no faith to return the items to the Seller as it was clear they lied. They suggested I go directly to an Apple Store where they could check the numbers. The nearest store was over 300 miles away. They ran the numbers and identified that the phones were originally bought in Glendale CA, the name of which appeared on the Service Request. Our names were not connected to these phones. The Apple Store said the Ser. and IMEI numbers for the phones should be printed on the boxes--they were not. These were not NEW phones as advertised. Apple gave us two new phones but could only provide warranty based on the original purchase of the mystery previous owner. The Apple technician suggested I contact the Revdex.com. I found Tailwind Int. only after a Google Search. The contact info on [redacted] did not provide contact info for Tailwind Int. I phoned Tailwind and spoke with the President of Tailwind. He verified the order number through [redacted]. He denies knowledge of the problem and offered to pay my plane ticket. [redacted] offered to replace the phones with a 20% discount. I have no faith in either offer. Both [redacted] & Tailwind are responsible for this deceit.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this virtual market held responsible, the facts made public knowledge for others who can be deceived. I would like my airline expenses reimbursed, and not part of an offer in exchange for silence about the problem. Our days were ruined trying to resolve this problem and that has no restitution.

When Revdex.com asked for a zip code, I needed to search the Internet because I couldn't find that information on [redacted]'s site or links to Tailwind. I searched and found this web site: http[redacted].
