MrT*** conducted a meeting in with my elderly parents, my husband, my sister and I For a fee of $10,000, he promised that my parents would receive $per month from the Veterans Administration for their care with daily living needs while they lived in my home I am a very cautious and frugal person I would not have agreed to this arrangement unless I was convinced that he was truthful!
