Tell us why here [redacted] had quotes from Dwight, who is no longer with our company In his description he only stated work that he was going to perform not the products he was going to installJay N***, our Plumbing Manager made an appointment to go out and get clarification for herWhen he arrived she was very upset at how little communication she had on this topic, Jay explained there were changes made with the plumber who was out originally, and these problems would no longer exist.He surveyed the job, and talked about all of her concernsHe then sat down and opened his laptop to pick the products she wanted to installJay then discounted the previous quote down to help with her frustrationHe placed the order for her job, and when the order came in we were missing two itemsHe then called the customer to explain two items were missing and we could come and install what we received, but would needed to return for items on back order [redacted] decided to cancel instead, and did not give any opportunity for explanationHe then followed up a few days later and left a message on her voice mail

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I really didn't expect to be reimbursed for taking the dog to day care it was just one more thing that went wrong, costing me while no work was completed by Smylie.I appreciate the response and the refund Regards, [redacted] ***

We will refund the $50 for her membership and send a letter stating she is not responsible for any further payments. I will not refund the $12.00 for her dog sitter.Gary R[redacted]
