I would like to address this complaint correctly by saying first that the** [redacted] was given an estimate over the phone for air-duct cleaning and mold remediation When she called the first time (we have recordings of our customers when they call)I have a recording of our call and the prices she was given originallyShe was not in anyway taken for granted The reason for having broad ranges in pricing is because there are possibilities for clients to have a great deal of mold build up in their houses We were clear over the phone that [redacted] was given a price range as to what to expectAlso when a price is quoted over the phone it is only an estimate, when the technician arrives, he has a visual and is able to see the true condition of the air-duct system and we make sure that the customer understands that over the phone it is only an estimate, the technician on site will give the final price determining the condition of the duct system First the cleaning needs to be done in order for her system to be cleaned for a long time, air-duct cleaning should be done every yearsSome clients like to do it every year If one just skips the actual cleaning and just wants to apply products, the cleaning still needs to be done Products are applied before and after so that the mold particles don't distribute through the airWe would never provide services to someone who didn't agree in the first place The technician spoke to [redacted] in which [redacted] understood the process and agreed with the technician, it made sense to himThe fact that they have systems means they would be charged doubleWhich [redacted] does have a payment plan with us for the services that she agreed to from the beginning One that is past due and another one coming in September.We are available to chat with [redacted] *** She just needs to give us a call to straighten this out Do to this complaint We have not charged her amount of $on August , yet$is due September 22, We are waiting for [redacted] response

We are sorry for the misunderstanding *** *** we are going to make this right with you. Please accept our apology for the misunderstandingWe will not be charging you the remaining balance of $455.00. I will ensure that this mistake will not be taken lightly with my employees; this is a lesson for us to make sure our words over the phone are clearer. Some clients like to do it every year.  If one just skips the actual cleaning and just wants to apply products, the cleaning still needs to be done.  Products are applied before and after so that the mold particles don't distribute through the air. We would never provide services to someone who didn't agree in the first place.  The technician spoke to [redacted] in which [redacted] understood the process and agreed with the technician, it made sense to him. The fact that they have 2 systems means they would be charged double. Which [redacted] does have a payment plan with us for the services that she agreed to from the beginning.  One that is past due and another one coming in September.We are available to chat with [redacted].  She just needs to give us a call to straighten this out.   Do to this complaint We have not charged her amount of $236 on August 22 , 2016 yet. $219 is due September 22, 2016.  We are waiting for [redacted] response.
