Terrible customer service and support I ordered an item from this company over two months ago and have received no response to my attempts for finding for tracking info, I will never do business with this company again
Terrible customer service and support. I ordered an item from this company over two months ago and have received no response to my attempts for finding for tracking info, I will never do business with this company again.
Ordered on November 26th. On December 6th (almost two weeks later), I inquiry about my order status and on December 7th receive an email from someone claiming to be [redacted] though the email is from [redacted]@takeclothe.com stating my order is on its way with an INVALID tracking number. It is now December 13th and, after repeated asks on my order status, I have received zero communication from this so-called company.
TakeClothe is a SCAM. A company that will STEAL your money and run. DO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!!
