In August, I booked a trip with you to ***, Dr for Memorial Day weekend (May 23-27, 2019) This trip was advertised as a All-inclusive resort package which includes: round trip airfare, resort accommodations, with exclusive *** On October 15, I received an email stating that the event was cancelled and a refund was in the works for this trip In your own email, you stated that "per a conversation with *** was the party that decided to make this change
I personally spoke to Rob G*** (or someone that answered to that name), before deciding to put any money on this trip I asked plenty of questions regarding cancelations or changing to the reservations At no time was I informed that I would be charged any fees if someone else make changes I entered into a contract with you with the expectations of receiving a total package However, today I get an email that states I will be charged fee of $if I choose to cancel
