This ecommerce company failed to deliver a software package (from a company that it represents). It also refuses to return any of my countless emails. There is no phone number on the website (for obvious reasons...) and the city they say they work out of [redacted] is not recognized by the Revdex.com dispute form (I used Raleigh instead.The second part of this complaint is that now the company has double-charged my credit card for the undelivered software.Product_Or_Service: Excel software add-on programOrder_Number: XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXDesired SettlementI would like both charges removed from my credit card account
