Although they have refunded my money as requested, I want to add that it took contacting them directly several times, by all means available and contacted their local police and it wasn't until a complaint was filed with Revdex.com that action was takenI never before dealt with a legitimate company who was as uncommunicative as they were

Our bank account was credited $18.95 on 8-26-15. Again, if TakeYourPet.com had responded to our original attempts to resolve this issue back in early July, we would not have had to file this complaint.
