Takiguchi Dental

Dr. Takiguchi did a crown procedure on me without getting authorization from HDS before operating on me. His office had been advised 5 months earlier that I had changed dental plans, yet his office made no attempt to get a preauthorization before replacing my crown. After the fact he billed me for the procedure. I paid half and he accepted a check with the memo stating payment in full for unauthorized dental work. He then sent me bills including interest for the balance of the procedure amounting to about $800.00. After 4 months of this harassment, I sent him 3 checks, half of what was due, second half of what was due and one check for interest only. He cashed the checks even though there was no authorization for the work to be done by HDS.
