In their statement they claim they wore hair net. Not true! in the health report you can read that they didn't have them on and the rice was store incorrectly. My daughter cant use any type of sauce on her food because of medical reasons so she didn't have any sauce on her food period. I told them my family has been there several times. but it was my mother, mother in law and sister in law first time. after my mother in laws drink came back still not right. I didn't even bother to ask for mine to be fix. but I didn't drink it. no one got to eat their food at the table. The serve and manger was very rude. my fiancé told the serve he was paying for the meal. she ask then multiple times again. we have been here many of times we know the prices and was well prepared to pay for our meals. We never went up to any table and said anything. we didn't throw anything at anyone. The manger got in my fiancé faces while he was getting the money out and he dropped it and I put the coins on the bar. We paid the full amount. Of course after they said they were calling the police we said you can because I know we did nothing wrong. my fiancé tried to take the women in his life out for a nice mother's day dinner and that was all.

When the family was seated, the server asked if the family had dined with us before and they said no.  She took drink orders, including, two frozen margaritas.  One of the customers said that her margarita was not well-blended.  The manager offered to remake if for her and she asked...

the customer who ordered a margarita if her drink was blended enough and she responded that it was.  We remade the one margarita. We asked if the new drink was better and said it was.  The server was attentive while the chef was at the table.  No one mentioned the egg shell to either the server or the manager.  When the chef left, one customer at the table called the server over and told her there was a hair in her food.  All servers wear their hair up and the chef was bald. The managers had the meal remade in the kitchen. A little time later, the family called over the server again.  They told her to feel what they found in their food.  They rolled a small pebble around in her hand.  The pebble was light gray and it was not wet and did not have any teriyaki sauce on it.  They said they wanted to speak to the manager.  The manager came over and apologized and said that she could not explain how that could have happened and offered to either remake the food or take it off the bill.  The customer asked for her to take it off.  Another customer at the table said, "you should take everything off the bill." The manager said that she could not do that, but said again that she would take care of the the meal with the rock. The server went over to the table and asked how the checks would be split.  One gentleman said "Put it on one, I guess", but he seemed unsure. The server brought out the bill and the same gentleman said, "I don't understand why we have to pay.  None of us liked our food".  The server politely responded that she would work something out if she could, but it was beyond her power to do so.  The family continued to say that they shouldn't have to pay and they wouldn't give the server the bill.  The server apologized again and a customer demanded to talk to the owner.  The server said the manager is the owner.  The family said that she didn't act like the owner and continued to argue with the server and wouldn't give her the bill. The server said that if the family wanted to come back, that she hoped that their experience would be better and that she would do anything in her power to ensure the best experience possible.  The customers said, "Why would we want to come back after this?"  The server politely responded that she understands that is an option, and that it they chose not to come back that we understand that too.  A customer said, "do you realize what you just said to us?" The server said, "yes, I understand, but there is nothing else I can do to fix this.  I do not understand what you would like me personally to do for you.  I am sorry this was such a bad experience.  The customers left their table and went to every other customer in the restaurant and told them "there was a rock in my daughter's food --- She could have died" and told customers coming in to leave because of the rock.  Multiple customers from the family surrounded the manager and told her to call the police if she wanted.  The pulled cash from their wallets and threw it at the manager and said they would sue her.  They also threw coins and hair at her.
