I had written my own review and was in no way a part of any of it until she brought into itI asked her to stop and to please remove my informationShe then called me calling me leaving a voicemail saying quote: "you wanna be a vindictive little [redacted] and [redacted] with my lively hood I will [redacted] with yours"I have this voicemail saved, unable to attatch to this email but can be shown if neededI proceeded to then file a harassment case against [redacted] for her threatsCase # [redacted] As for of my friends or any other reviews that is informationI have absolutely no idea about these people or their personal reviewsAgain more lies.During my sister [redacted] ' time at Telache Wellness she endured ***s unprofessional behaviors as well and can verify [redacted] Or my mother whom suffered injuries due to ***s neglect as a trainerMy own mother constantly was upset with [redacted] oversgaring intimate private information about herself or othersMy mom wanted time to spend with my sister and constantly was fed up with *** [redacted] When I chose to no longer return being completely fed up with ***s behavior I spoke with her yoga girl [redacted] and she apologised knowingly admitting ***'s unprofessional behaviorI am standing up because I will not be bullied by [redacted] because I'm young and she is the business ownerShe in every way violated my personal rightsI do not agree with having to withhold a gym membership until July and [redacted] sending the unpaid balance to collectionsI had every right to never want to return and I as paying customer should never have to put up with her behavior Regards, [redacted]

This complaint was sent by [redacted] after she and three of her friends, whom were never customers, posted negative reviews on many different online business applications. In their reviews they have each lied about their supposed experiences with my business. I have contacted an attorney and am...

handling things through that avenue. It should be noted however, due to her claims of harassment, that I only responded to THEIR reviews, and made one phone call in an attempt to clear up the confusion in a civilized manner, instead of through online text. I was never hostile or vulgar and I have authorized [redacted] to provide any evidence of the contrary in comments on her reviews, which she then deletes and reposts so nobody sees my request. One of her deleted reviews even said she got great results from our program and she liked the workouts, which is what she was paying for (or charging I should say).In regards to her specific complaints: Blatant lies. [redacted] was a client whom I treated as a friend over time. I have been to her house multiple times and she frequently texted and messaged me in a friendly mannor, which is why I allowed her to charge hundreds of dollars in dues and supplements (I have never allowed anyone to do this). She had a month trial period before signing any agreement with our studio and was never treated any differently at the studio than during that period. It was only when her husband got arrested and she had no income that she started creating reasons she shouldn't have to pay her balance. I have a scholarship program and many clients that pay little to nothing for their memberships due to financial hardship, however because of the hundreds of dollars in supplements she owes I am not financially able to wave all of her fees as she had hoped. That is where I believe this came from. She never even gave me a chance to offer her a free or reduced membership. I have also publicly apologized for any conceived wrongdoing, even though the very day she started posting negative reviews she told me she didn't want to stop coming but finances might require her to.She stated I paid myself less to receive more assistance. This is absurd! I had never paid myself a penny for two years (new business) until the month before I went on assistance. I paid myself money the business couldn't even afford and the only assistance I received was two months of food stamps while my divorce was in process. However, [redacted] herself has five kids on welfare and her husband works under the table. There is much more she has told me she is illegally doing, however I won't post that here publicly.  I, [redacted], received more than one complaint about [redacted]'s demeanor and offensive language, and her topics of discussion during class were at times not appropriate, making her accusation towards me of sharing my own sex life, bizarre. For starters, I had been married for 17 years and was single the entire time she knew me. I had no sex life (not that I should be required to even discuss this publicly). However, she frequently discussed (in graphic detail) her own sex life. She claims her mother was injured because of negligence. I have been in contact with her mother, and this is simply not true, and also has nothing to do with [redacted]. She talks about Facebook posts during class, also grasping at straws here. If clients are between sets or it is between classes I do check my messages and sometimes respond, it is part of my job. I have appointments with clients all day and those clients often contact me to confirm or ask questions. I have also used my phone to time sets on my training app., however I am never negligent. In fact, am known in the local fitness industry as being overly cautious with my client's safety! She knows nothing about my previous client [redacted]. I did pay him well, but that was because he deserved it. He has his degree in exercise science and should be paid well.  I was his boss though, I wasn't even aware of his personal life and therefore did NOT share his information. I to this day have a good working relationship with him, however he no longer works for me.Finally, I am a Certified Personal trainer, but I am also a wellness coach, and nutrition coach. Clients come to me to discuss an array of issues in their personal lives and it is normal practice in this profession to gain closeness between client and coach. If at any time [redacted] had an issue with anything going on, she was aware I am easily approachable and she could have come to me, instead she refused to communicate with me directly and took the route of slandering me publicly in an attempt to hinder my business. She is the ONLY person in two years to leave my business in an unfriendly manner. She is also the ONLY person to give me a negative review (other than her friends and their spouses). This is obviously an attempt at getting out of paying her debt to me. I will not harass her, and have not previously. I request the same from her.If necessary I can send a copy of her agreement, messages leading up to this, texts from her, screenshots of her saying it was a good program and she got good results, etc. I am sending her account to collections today, after sending her a final demand email offering to work with her earlier this week, and again hearing nothing back.

This entire complaint is a blatant fabrication. Before I respond to the individual accusations AGAIN, I would like to point out what I have done to try to correct any ill feelings [redacted] has discussed. I feel I have gone out of my way to work with her. For starters, I let her charge supplements and her membership dues and pay as she was able. This accumulated to hundreds of dollars that I person[redacted], as the sole member, took on the responsibility for. This was during a time that the business was struggling financi[redacted] and I never even pushed her to pay more than she was able to. I think it was my kind nature in this regard that made [redacted] believe she would never have to repay me. She to this day has not made one effort to pay me for what she charged and in fact claims if I contact her, even regarding her debt, I am harassing her. Last week I sent her one last email telling her I would work with her on her bill if she needed. It has been two work weeks since and she has still not contacted me. I apologized for anything I may have said to make her feel uncomfortable, which under her agreement she should have come to me about before breaching her contract. I'd like to remind her that she made more than one of my clients uncomfortable with her vulgarity and it is my opinion that she is trying to accuse me of what SHE DID to nullify any argument I might have in response to her. I also want to point out that even the very day I discontinued social media contact with her due to her abusive behavior, she began by telling me she had no intentions of discontinuing her membership unless she had to for financial reasons since her husband was in jail (I have this conversation in a private message). It was only when the conversation became about her debt, and she thought I wasn't going to appease her, that she became emotion[redacted] volatile and immediately started posting multiple negative reviews where she blatantly lied about her experience, my character, and the service my gym provided to her for over four months. She then had not one, but three of her friends (Her best friend [redacted] and [redacted]'s husband included, whom I never even met before) post reviews claiming they were clients, when they were not! Until that point I have never had a bad review, but she stuck me with four, and my attorney has the screenshots of them! (since some have now been deleted.)She talks about me threatening her. My threat was that I would sue them for defamation for the falsity they had posted. I posted a link to a Washington Statute, period. I also did tell her that I was considering turning her in for welfare fraud etc. after she had continued harassing me online for weeks. So, she went to the police?? However, I did no such thing. I DID NOT turn her in, even though I had every legal right to do so. She has been running an illegal hair salon out of her home, her husband works under the table so they (and their 5 kids) can live off the system, and she brags incessantly about the obscene amount of money they have handed to them from the government every month while she stays home. Needless to say, as a woman struggling to jump through all the legal hoops to run a successful, legitimate business, I was angry to have her attacking my business when she is breaking the law and having everything handed to her. I was contacted by a DOL investigator last week when she saw one of [redacted]'s reviews admitting to doing my hair for payment towards her account. I worked with the investigator at that point. Her name is [redacted] and she will verify that someone else had filed the complaint, I'm not aware of who. [redacted], Investigator III, Public Protection Services, Department of Licensing. Cell:[redacted] Desk:[redacted] [redacted] also keeps involving other people in her complaint whom have never shown even a sign of dissatisfaction with their services. [redacted] is still an active client. She works out with me four days a week and is still bringing in her friends/new client referrals. [redacted]'s sister [redacted] posted a five-star review (which I can send a picture of) in August just before she stopped coming due to her work responsibilities changing. Her Mom [redacted] has since leaving, emailed me, as my friend. Her injury was not due to neglect, and without speaking to her doctor I would be speculating on her situation. However, I believe it was an overuse injury due to her desire to lift heavier weights than I recommended. I documented multiple times I told her lifting too heavy was hindering her form. Regardless, this has nothing to do with [redacted]'s complaint. I also find it hard to believe her mother was constantly upset about my oversharing, her mother is a licensed counselor. And, of course my Yoga instructor apologized for [redacted]'s complaint, it's her job. But [redacted] didn't work at the same time that I did, we had opposite schedules, and therefore she would have no knowledge of "my behavior".I will not be allowing her to manipulate me into waving her charges. I have a business to run, and people to help. If I were to do as she wants, there are deserving people who wouldn't be able to participate in our wellness scholarship program. I will not let her hinder their hard work to better themselves. At this time I don't believe there is anything I can do that will satisfy [redacted]. It has been two months and she is still harboring so much anger, supposedly because I talked about my personal life in her presence, which was in no way a breach of her contract (which she signed only after a month long trial period).
