Holtzman Home Improvement, LLC charged for leveling floor joists, found a cheaper solution, then refused to refund the moneyThey delivered poor quality tile work throughout our bathroom and exterior wall, installed non-perpendicular framing in wall niches, installed plumbing fixtures we did not ask for costing us additional funds, made substitutions and alterations without contacting us, did not test plumbing fixtures to see if they worked, buried our new sewer clean out in concrete, left our project site unfinished including failing to fix holes in the walls and grout, and left garbage and filth throughout the house and yardIn addition, Holtzman repeatedly ordered the wrong fixtures or omitted items we requested in contract meetings, then failed to return phone calls, texts, and emails regarding these issues
Holtzman home Improvement remodeled my entire kitchen recentlyWe are so pleased with the AMAZING jobThey gutted out the cabinets, countertops, removed all of the old lighting and lighting fixturesWhen they originally started the job they came with samples and blueprints and we did not think what they imagined was going to even be possibleWhen they came in to remove everything they were so clean that you couldn't even see any mess or dust on the bare floorsThen they sent in a drywall team who patched everything over and fixed the holes where all of our old lighting fixtures and switches wereThen they sent an electrician who rewired everything and installed modern can lighting that evenly lined the dining room and kitchenThen their plumbing team came in and connected the water lines and set up the reverse osmosisThen the guys came and installed the cabinets and then the counter tops and sink was installedThis kitchen remodel turned out exactly as they had originally said it would and it actually took less time than we had planned for Everyone we had the pleasure of speaking to was professional and showed great workmanshipThey were so clean and just so pleasant to see everyday in my homeI recommend them to everyone and I'm excited to FINALLY be hosting a family event in our home to show off the wonderful work!
I contracted Holtzman Home Improvement regarding a remodeling project at my home I told them what I wanted done and we came to an agreement regarding pricing and the work to be undertaken One of the major items I wanted done was the replacement all windows in my home Windows were replaced but screens were missing I spoke with Brandon regarding those and he told me that they would take care of the missing screens That was months ago and I still do not have those screens I have contacted them several times regarding this with still no screens Workmanship on the whole I have been happy with but the missing screens as well as areas with the remodel has left me with a very bitter feeling Large areas in back yard were left with discarded stucco on the ground The painters were out times and areas were left unpainted I had electrical covers on all outlets and are still missing covers on the exterior outlets are still not covered I have an electrical outlet in my fam
I met with Holtzman Home Improvement to review their bid for a bathroom renovation at my hom A job proposal was signed and a down payment of $was provided Due to a couple of factors - cost and personal health - I cancelled the project days later I spoke with three different Holtzman owners/representatives - Dale P*** project consultant; Brandon H*** owner; and Judy H***, owner, over a period of a few days Judy confirmed the job was offically cancelled, now day 14, and clarified my mailing address to send the down payment reimbursement check I received a check, minus 20% ($1321.34), a week later At no point was this disclosed or discussed I carefully reviewed the proposal/contract prior to cancelling the project There was no indication of a 20% forfeiture of funds for a project cancellation before the project even started The superintendent home visit was not yet scheduled for another two weeks The project would not be started until after th
