Great service with a timely completion

I called this company to fix some work they had previously done on a water spout on the side of my house, but it turned out to be another pipe that was leaking underground after some investigatingThe tech did two estimate one for replacing the old pipe at my resident for my front yard going to the water spout and the other for the front and back yardI decided to go with the the front and back and the tech even told me about payment options, and that I could apply for a credit card that I could use just for there companyI applied and was approved for dollars of credit which was enough to cover the job completelyThe job was originally set up for Tues Dec27, but a receptionist called me from the company on Decat 12:p.mand told me that they would have to come out on the 28thI stressed to her that I had to go to work Thursday and wouldn't be here and their tech told me that it was a two day jobShe told me that they had gotten a special piece of equipment and that the job would only take a day because they would be using this equipmentI told her that was okay and I would see them on the 28thWhen the 28th came and they call me to verify the one day turned into two and when I raised questions and asked why no one could tell me and they said the tech would be calling meWhen he called he told me it would be a two day job which he had told me before and asked what I wanted to do because if they tried to turn it into a one day job it would be a safety issueI told him I had to work and asked what was needed on the second dayHe said that he needed someone there to sign off on the paperwork when finished so I told him I needed to see if my wife would be homeWhen I called back to confirm I was told that the tech had moved on to other jobs and to find another plumber to do the jobAs a consumer I'm going on information from the company and depending on them to guide me in the best directionWhen they told me it was a one day job that is what I went by and set my schedule accordingly I only applied for the credit card because I wanted them to do the work and future work I was planning to doThis situation was handled very unprofessionally! All dates and calls can be backed up with my phone records

Talbots responded to Dr. [redacted]'s complaint of not receiving her 15% Birthday Discount for her order in November by applying the birthday discount to 2 orders:[redacted] and [redacted].  [redacted] was credited $13.26 for the birthday discount and [redacted] was credited $7.03.  The shipping that was charged on both in error was credited as well.We have requested our internal IT department to research the issue of Dr. [redacted]'s inability to receive her birthday discount online.  Our IT department has yet to respond to the cause of this issue.  We have attempted to follow up with Dr. [redacted] on these issues and will follow up when our IT department completes their investigation.

Talbots Credit Card is owned and administered by [redacted] Bank.  I have escalated the late fee waiver request to their escalation team for review.   We will follow up with them and our customer.

I have permanently deleted customer # [redacted] from our mailing list.  The catalogs are preprinted with the last one mailed the April catalog that should have delivered around March 12.  One or two more may arrive since they are preprinted.  I will follow up to make sure catalogs are...

We credited Ms. [redacted] $39.00 for the purchase of the two sweaters at $19.50 each.  The credit posted to her Talbots credit card on 3/17/2018.  I apologize for the delay in responding to her complaint.  We emailed her on 3/15 and twice on 3/16 regarding the credit and have added...

points to her loyalty program point balance.  I have issued another credit of $25 as an apology.  That should post in the next few days to the Talbots credit card.

Talbots Merchandise Credit Gift Cards:[redacted] and [redacted] were applied to Talbots order [redacted] and now have no value.  Talbots will not contact a third party on behalf of Ms. [redacted] or any other customer in regards to merchandise gift cards.

Dr. [redacted]'s web issues have been escalated with IT.  Manager is aware of her issues and will follow up with her.

We submitted a request for credit on 10/27 to [redacted] Bank, who issues and maintains the Talbots credit card accounts.  I will send this to their escalation team to be sure Ms. [redacted]'s credit is processed quickly.

Ms. [redacted] is a very good customer.  We are sorry this confusion regarding the return of the two pair of pants purchased on order [redacted] has occurred.  Ms. [redacted] returned those two pair of pants and 3 other items on 3/29/17 in our Glastonbury store, # 246.  The entire...

credit issued to the Talbots Credit Card was $416.88.  The amount for the two pants was $168.50 plus the tax of $10.70.  This entire credit of $416.88 posted to the Talbots Credit card on 3/29/2017.We do not own the Talbots credit card so I am unable to assist with any fee removal.  I will escalate this issue to [redacted] Bank for their review.  They will contact Ms. [redacted] with the current information about the account.

I do not consider this closed and is not satisfied with the response from the business. I would like to forward my correspondences with the Talbots to Revdex.com and need a detailed explanation why I was repeatedly and persistently advised that the cards were NOT applied to my order and asked to file a case against the seller. Also, Talbots recently took away the credit on another merchandise card I tried to use and still charged my credit card.Please let me know where to forward my e-mails.

The account was closed, a refund check was issued for the credit balance on the account and the credit reporting agencies were notified that the account should be deleted and the inquiry associated with the account from their...

files.  Ms. [redacted] was mailed a letter from [redacted] Bank informing customer of the above.

Will email customer to offer 15% discount plus waive her shipping on her most recent order.
