Talcott Limo Service

I believe this company is under new management which they failed to let me know before I booked them. They did not pick us up in the vehicle which was agreed upon. The limo was old, dirty, and decorated for the 4th of July. The limo broke down and we were forced to find a ride back to our final destination. They charged my card without signing any paperwork and charged for more time than we used. I was told I would get a discount and money back. It has been a month and now my calls are being screened and not being answered. I would HIGHLY recommend finding anothing company to use.
