As such, we have spent the past few days researching what transpired so that we could provide you with a detailed response,[redacted] is correct that if she stayed with SmartEnergy for 3 months she will be eligible for a $50 cash back bonus. She provided the required documentation and her $50 cash back bonus check (check #[redacted]) was cut and sent to her on March 4, 2016. Also, [redacted] stated that she would like her account to be closed at the end of the 5th billing cycle. Looking at her account, [redacted] already has a pending drop on her account so this has been taken care of as well.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
