Due to federal privacy laws we are unable to give a detailed explanation of the exact circumstance regarding *** *** background check which was originally completed on 9/2/16. *** *** contacted our customer service department on approximately 9/with concerns regarding her consumer report. Based on *** *** phone call we started looking into the issue with our product and information technology department. *** *** did express concerns that it was not being expedited to her satisfaction and continued to contact us and her employer. As we continued to correspond with *** *** she requested information that we interpreted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to be a request for her full file, which we provided to her. On November 21, a supervisor in our account management department and the head of our compliance department contact *** *** to explain the report and provided an amended report the same day. *** *** was provided with a written explanation on 11/29, and responded with an inquiry on 11/30. packet of information on 10/21/16 sent by Talentwise that did not contain any pertinent information that I requested but did confirm that my many attempts at contacting this company which include speaking with many different customer service agents were not documented at all.  I also received many copies of the emails I sent the company that were not replied as well as many copies of the background check reports that I already had in my possession that were sent to me by my employer weeks prior after I did not hear back from Talentwise.  I am still awaiting:  1. an updated background check with/without an "alert"  2. an official explanation of the alert on my background check.  After receiving the (wasteful) information packet, I immediately contacted the company reporting that it did not contain any of the information that I requested and have not hear back since but did hear back from upper level management immediately after they sent the packet that she was no longer on my case and that "she was instructed by the compliance team to allow them to handle the follow up".  No follow up has been made and I am still waiting for the information I requested and I continue to be forced to contact the company rather than the other way around and continue to be punted to other service agents rather than remain with one supervisor that actually knows the situation.
