I placed an order on September 6, 2014 for a gun metal metallic dog carrier. I have sent over 6 emails to this seller and I have NOT received a response. I spent $160.00 for this item. I have attempted to reach out to them at a minimum of 6 or 7 times. They do not have a customer service telephone number so you are NOT able to call and speak to anyone. I placed my order on sassy pup, however, if you go to sassypup.net you are redirected to taliadogboutique. I went to their face book page and tried to go to their website via their Facebook. I do not have $160.00 to throw down the drain!! I demand that this business give me a full refund. Please do not purchase from this seller. They look like a legitimate business at first glance, however, they take the consumers hard earned money and then when you request a status update you get a "comment" link and NO ONE responds back. It has been 1 1/2 months. I have allotted more than adequate response ESPECIALLY since they don't even have a contact phone number. It almost makes me believe they are running a scam. No customer service and consumers are spending a lot of money!!!! Their web page boasts of new items being added but yet they don't even have a contact number and they do not return consumers emails to them! BUYER BEWARE! I demand a full refund. I will continue to pursue this until I am refunded.

Total scam! Ordered two items. They charged card and never sent the items. Did not return calls.

Review: I ordered a leash and harness from Talia Dog Boutique. When I received the product, it was too small to use on my dog. In order to exchange the merchandise, I had to e-mail [email protected] and request for a Return Authorization (RA) number. I first e-mailed the company on June 20, 2013, and an automatic generated e-mail was sent back to me saying, "Thank you for Talia.Please allow 2-4 business day for us to respond to your inquiry. All e-mail is responded to in the order they are received, we appreciate your patience and will provide assistance as soon as possible." I waited for 8 days, and had not heard back from the company. I e-mailed the company again on June 28, and received the same message. I hadn't heard back and emailed the company on July 8, and a final e-mail on July 12. As of now, I still have NOT heard back from the company. I wish I could contact them by phone, but there is no phone number on the website. I am very disappointed with the return service I received.Desired Settlement: I would like to settle this situation by a complete refund of $84.98. I feel that I should NOT be responsible for any return shipping and handling fees as I was provided with horrible service. I can provide a receipt if needed.

Had we accidently missed her email, it should have shown up. Otherwise, we would have responded happily and provided her information to make the exchange. We searched in our junk folder and saw nothing. Regardless, we are forwarding the below info for her to make the exchange for her item. A completed return form will be required and she must sign and date to allow us to rebill her credit card for the shipping cost to mail her new item. Thank you. Review: My wife and I placed an order through this company months ago. We received only part of the order with a hand-written note saying they were out of stock on one of the items and would refund us. We have never received the refund and we have tried contacting the company over and over and over again via email, because that is the only way listed on their website. All we ever receive is an automated email saying they will get back to us in 1-3 days, which they never do, nor have they refunded our money.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the item we paid for but never received. We are no longer interested in receiving the item; we just want a refund. Should the company not respond, we will make our best effort to contact public news sources in attempt to warn other consumers about their horrendous business approach.

Review: On Sept. 10, 2014, I ordered a pet ID tag off of this company's website. I received an order confirmation email telling me my order number is #[redacted]. I also verified that my bank account was charged, and it was. Sept. 23, 25, & 30, 2014, I sent emails via the company's website using their email page asking when I can be expecting my product to arrive at my home. Each time I got an automated message reply telling me someone will be contacting me within 1 - 3 business days to address my question. To this date I have not heard back at all from anyone and I do not have my product. Could someone please help me out by looking into this with [redacted]? I also want to note that the only phone number I could find online for them (because they don't post one on their website...email is the only way to contact them) is [redacted], however, when I call this number I only get a fax signal.Thank you for any help you can provide. Review: I purchased a fairly expensive item from this store on Oct. 31, 2015. I tried reaching out to them a few weeks later via their website after I still hadn't received my merchandise. The website has you enter your information, then it takes you to a blank page. I waited to see if they'd respond. After a few more days I tried to reach them by phone and their phone line goes to a fax line.

I then email replied from the email that stated that my order had been received and that email went through. I received an automatic follow up email that stated that I'd be contacted in 1-3 business days. After no response, I emailed than to let them know that if I hadn't received contact from them about the item being shipped or refunded, I'd be taking further action and I still haven't received any follow up.

Later after doing some digging, I did find that there have been complaints with this company for the same issues. I originally believed this would be an ok website to order from, as I've seen them advertised before, they're [redacted] page was nice (I don't have a [redacted] so my view was limited) and I found an [redacted] list page that stated they were a licensed shop, etc.

Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I'm just hoping for the item I purchased or a refund. I'd prefer a refund so I'm not supporting a business that is okay conducting themselves in this manor but if they'd just send the item, I'd be okay with that too.

Review: I placed an order online with Talia Dog Boutique on June 29, 2014 for a personalized dog ID tag. The company sent an order confirmation email on 6/29/14 and charged my credit card for the purchase on 6/30/14 but I have not received the product. Their website states that the product should be expected in approximately one week. I have tried contacting the company in multiple ways and have received no reply. I used the Contact Us email on their website, but when you click on "Submit" it goes to a blank white page so I am not sure that is functional. I have sent two emails to the company and have received an automated response saying they will get back within 1-3 days, but have received no response. I also sent a message to them through their Facebook page but have not received a response there, either.Desired Settlement: I would either like the order to be completed and delivered to me or to be refunded the money if they are not going to send me the product.
