Review: Miss [redacted] was my wedding photographer for my wedding July 27th, 2013. My husband and I paid her $400 to take our wedding photos in full the day of our wedding via check. She then cashed the check the following Monday. She told us our photos would be done in 2 weeks which has since come and went. Miss [redacted] has come up with every excuse under the sun to why our photos aren't done. I informed her I would be taking legal action because we haven't even seen a RAW image that she took from our wedding which I asked for almost a month ago because we have nothing to remember our day by. She told me she would have them to me by weeks end at that time. I have still haven't heard or seen anything. I demanded a refund because there is no reason I should be paying for a service I didn't receive. I'm coming to you as my last resort before going forward with legal action. This was one of the most important days of our lives and she's taken any memories we did have of it and taken them from us. I'm very upset and wish for something to be done about this so nothing like this happens to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and atleast my RAW images and will pay someone else to edit them. At this point I want her to have nothing to do with my wedding photos as its almost been 4 months since my wedding took place.
