To whom this may concern, The customer purchased an Iphone 5c from our location on vistaThe customer had originally went to our Broadway store and was instructed to pick up the phone when it arrived in our inventoryThe customer being the husband was the only person we
interacted with during the sales processOur manager of the Broadway store told him the phone was a previously owned handset and under our policy if it was brought back with in days its considered a "buyers remorse" purchase and would be resoldWe don't sale ANY used phones unless otherwise directed by the ownersAll of our phones are new and or returned phones under the day policyWe also have the restock fee that will apply to ALL phones returned if its not a manufacturers issue or defective of the handsetThe customer being (Jana) was never in our store other than to return the phoneI understand their was a misunderstanding somewhere along the wayBut Talk A Lot absolutely followed all policies and informed the customer on all terms and conditionsAlso it is our policy to always perform a reset of the phone ANYTIME its returned we are now aware that this wasn't done and have addressed this with all of our new and old employeesAs for the restock fee we will be willing to return the difference of due to corporate policies forbidding restock fees exceeding Thank you for your help with this matter.*** ***Talk A LOT LLC###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is [redacted], who had most of the interactions with the Boost employees.I am not satisfied with the response from the Boost manager.  I was sold a used iPhone for full price while I was under the impression that it was a new phone.  No employee ever mentioned it was a used phone.  This phone also contained the previous owner's data still on the phone, which also seems highly unprofessional and negligent on the part of the Boost store.Charging full price for a new phone is ridiculous.  Selling it with the previous owner's information is even worse.  Then, the only way they would accept the return the phone, was with a $50 restocking fee.The whole experience was handled very unprofessionally and seemed very shady.I would never recommend using one of their Boost stores to anyone.
