For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey have made those promises several times in the past, they have totally destroyed the ipod to the point that it does not work, I spoke with my son principle who has video footage of the condition of the working ipod and he emailed it to me as wellmy son ipod needs to be replaced by themI would simply like a replaced ipod generation for my songiving my $back not gonna excuse the fact that they destroyed his ipod.

Talk-n-Fax was previously under different ownershipI acquired the business effective December 17,I apologize but any refunds or repairs are being done as a courtesy to accommodate the customer.
I am open to suggestions but I am unable to provide the customer with a brand new iPod. I can give her A refund for $or I can try fix the iPod . The lady want me me to buy her A new I pod and I'm sorry I can't do it .*** ***STREET TALK

Hi Miriam, This is Khalid (Manager - Talk N Fix)I have read the complaint and noticedThanks for your efforts to participate resole issues if any and toward customer satisfaction. 1)As our policy, customer must have/has a receipt available when come back for any issues(otherwise we will
not be able to recognize our screen or service that we provided.) 2)We don't save customer information in our computer systemComputer is used only for a cash register and generate a receipt and will count our quantity of screen only at our store/kiosk3)Incase customer come back along with receipt for any issue (then our repair policy applies)Please find attached our return policyThe same policy is available on customer receipt tooWhich says no Warranty for any physical or water damage or any LCD lines or damage4)As customer said that the screen came out of the phone or frameThere are many reasons why screen comes outMay be battery issue, when batter gets hot or warm from inside, this could happenbattery gets bigger in size and put pressure on screen form inside and screen comes outOr Device could be dropped again or any hard pressure could do thatAnd if there is any crack or frame damage or LCD damage then defiantly not covered under the warranty 5)I apologize for the other Language that our employees may had spoken or any miscommunication was done that timeCourtesy: I will provide my free service if incase the frame need to be fixed of the same screenBut if that is in good conditionOr otherwise, can offer a good price for another repair if possible.
