In response to your complaint, [redacted] signed the contract with us last year and we had tried multiple times to schedule the start of the job however they kept delaying the start date Then late Spring of this year is when they let us know that they had decided to schedule the start of their project However, at that point we were very busy and had been trying to squeeze them in Unfortunately we were not able to start it as soon as they would have liked and have now cancelled the project with us We apologize for the inconvenience and will be returning the check to them next week
