Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] Two things need to be done to resolve this problem One, the vendor needs to correct his website, and Two, the vendor needs to fill the original order at the original price Regardless of company size, advertising an item at a set price, taking payment for that item, and then saying that the item you want is out of stock, and the only way you can have your order is if you pay more, is a classic bait-and-switch, and derived of advertising - regarless of whether that notfication is within 24hours or not Due to falsely advertising the item, the vendor should have honored the order at the original price, with no excuses that the price remained incorrect due to personnel issues Even though the money was refunded, that strong-armed tactic should never have been employed, and the known, misrepresented price should never have been advertised To resolve the issue to my satisfaction: I want the original order at the originally advertised price that was debited from my account, and I want the website updated with the new, increased price, so that no future customers get baited-and-switched as I did

To whom this may concern:My tiny business, a proprietorship in California provides parts & accessories to owners of *** Musical KeyboardsI am the only employee.The person who initiated this dispute of $is *** *. from Massachusettes .*** *. placed an order
from my website on 1-6-17 @ 9:PM EDT for a music holder for her manufactured WK keyboard and she submitted a *** payment in the amount of $28.I promptly emailed to *** *@ 7:PST saying we sold out of the item she ordered and that it is discontinued forever by the Asian manufacturer. We have found that another version of music holder for a more recent model would fit on her instrument and the price of this different item is $more. I asked if she would like the different music holder, pay $more, or a refund.*** * emailed back and I read it the next day. She insisted that I provide a different product for the same price.I refunded her *** payment in full. Thus we have the dispute she began with the Revdex.com.In summary, *** * suffered no financial harm, she was refunded 100% in less than hours after communications. If *** *would have ordered paying with a credit card I would not have charged her account.This is my first complaint interaction with the Revdex.com since starting this business in 1989, nearly years ago. A copy of both of our email correspondences, *** refund statement, proof of discontinuation of product ordered, and original order will be mailed to the Revdex.com promptly for your records.Sincerely*** ***-ownerTalking Owners Manuals

ohI am offering a compromise solution to the complaint ID number referenced above over the $10 (promptly refunded) pricing issue described in the complaint by *** *.I refunded her original $*** payment within hours of her order receipt here after we had email communication. Previously I emailed to the Revdex.com with an explanation of this situation and also mailed through the Post Office hard copies of all of our correspondence including proof that the product she wanted to buy for her older model keyboard has been discontinued forever by its Asian manufacturer.While working this weekend, I discovered that I have a used Music Holder of the size that should fit on ***'s older *** Keyboard. It is in very good condition and I would be willing to sell this item to *** for $which would include the mailing cost of this nearly Lbmailed item to her Massachusettes address to resolve this entire matter.Please forward my offer to *** and if she accepts this solution ask her to pay the $and I will promptly mail the used music holder.I have also responded by mail with the *** *** to the *** *** *** office where she also filed a complaint about this situation involving a $price change on a different product.Sincerely,*** ***-ownerTalking Owners ManualsLandline, days in California, ***-***-***
