The absolute worst cell phone repair and customer service I have ever seen!! Took my Iphone 6 in to get the cracked screen replaced, everything else was working fine. For [redacted] they replaced the screen but in doing so broke the home button. The clerk at the counter said that it was broken after they replaced the screen and that it would cost [redacted] to fix. Came back a week later to get the home button fixed and they did not have the part on hand after I was told that they just need to have someone grab it from the warehouse. Took it to [redacted] due to time constraints and Talk N' Fix not having the part in. [redacted] did a before and after inspection after they performed the service and told me that the proximity sensor was also damaged. Paid [redacted] to fix it and went back to Talk N' Fix to get some money back. What should've cost [redacted] now cost me [redacted] Met the manager at the counter and he said that I voided their warranty by going somewhere else and that the home button was not broken and he cannot confirm that the proximity sensor was in fact broken. He told me he would have fixed them for [redacted] each (EVEN THOUGH THEY BROKE THE [redacted]). When asking for a refund due to time constraints he offered the [redacted] for the button. I told him I wanted to speak to someone higher up the chain and talked to a guy name "[redacted]". "[redacted]" told me that he cannot do anything about that and to take it up with the manager. (i.e. [redacted] CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOES NOT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES). LESSON LEARNED DO NOT GO TO TALK N' FIX!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT DESERVE A DIME IN PROFITS THAT THEY MAKE, SHADY AS [redacted]!!!!
