The account under the email address in the complaint, associated with email address href="mailto: [redacted] @***.com"> [redacted] @***.com was created on 9/18/and last accessed on 9/6/ There is not a balance in this account, but on 9/6/an ID was submitted to verify the account under the name “ [redacted] ” The payee name on the account was submitted as [redacted] When we called the number on the account to verify that they were an independent talker, the woman who answered the phone could not pronounce the name on the age verification ID that had been submitted The account under the name [redacted] is under the email address [redacted] @***.com This account was created on 8/16/and has a payee name of “ [redacted] ” The Identification submitted to verify the identity on this account is a Maryland Driver’s License under the name “ [redacted] ” This account was disabled at the time that the ID verification on the above account was determined to not match the payee name, and this account was found to have the same payee name as aboveThere is a $balance of earnings in this account, however, per our talker policy and clause against sharing listings, these earnings have not been paid out (please see below for talker policy text) In order to ensure that all talkers are independent and not associated with an agency that is collecting payouts and then re-distributing at a lower amount to employees of that agency, we contact all talkers over the phone to verify that they are independent and not associated with such an agency The complainant was contacted over the phone and refused to answer the request and verify that she was an independent talker Since we could not verify that she was not associated with an agency, she was refused a talker account on the site This account was suspected of being an agency run account since the identification submitted did not match the name in which the payouts of earnings were being made to Section of our talker policy (located at http://help.talktome.com/talker-policy/) states: “You will not “share” listings except as follows If you are listed in a Talker listing, only you may answer calls to that listingTalkToMe.com may, with prior approval, permit exceptions to this rule only if all of the following conditions are met: you had an existing operational call center with five (5) or more employees or sub-contractors prior to joining TalkToMe.com; you are entering this Terms and Conditions with authority on behalf of an incorporated business with employment or sub-contractor agreements with all of the individuals who answer the phone; the Member account and the Member account’s listings are always associated with only one phone number; and you send a notice of the shared listing account to [email protected] accounts found to be sharing listings without prior approval, including, but not limited to, hiring or staffing agencies, who employee Talkers on TalkToMe.com will be subject to immediate termination without prior warning and any earnings accrued in said accounts will be forfeited.” In regards to the [redacted] report that TalkToMe.com was catfishing, we did have an instance of an independent talker who used a celebrity image fraudulently on their account We do not allow images to be used that are not owned and used with permission of the owner of the image As soon as this image was reported to the site, it was removed and the talker who submitted the image fraudulently to their profile on the site was disabled We have a no tolerance policy to independent users stealing or using images that they do not own without permission Section in the terms and conditions (located at http://help.talktome.com/terms-and-conditions/) states: “You may not upload content for which You do not own the copyrights/ licenseAny User found uploading material that they do not have rights to will have all their access terminatedWe have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for piracy.” In regards to the site recording conversations, TalkToMe.com does record calls between independent talkers and callers, but only after both parties has opted into the option in their account preferences Section of the Terms and Conditions (located at http://help.talktome.com/terms-and-conditions/) states: “At our option we can record all communication conducted and or initiated through this site including all chat, email, voice, data, streaming content and other forms of communication You have the option to opt-out of recording of your phone calls on the My Account page in the member’s area We can use data obtained, at our sole discretion, to evaluate the service, to monitor compliance with these terms of service, to excerpt data of interest to us for promotion and/or sale and to promote our business You agree that you have no expectation of privacy or ownership in any communication or data exchanged through this Site and or between users of this Site Instead, you agree that all such data shall be our property to do with as we deem appropriate.”

to promote our business. You agree that you have no expectation of
privacy or ownership in any communication or data exchanged through this Site
and or between users of this Site. Instead, you agree that all such
data shall be our property to do with as we deem appropriate.”

Everything in our previous
response was an accurate depiction of the situation regarding this talker. 
TalkToMe.com relies on independent talkers to generate revenue, so it would not
be in our best interest to disable talkers just because “we did not them to
make any money with our company”.  In regards to this talker, it was
determined that they were running an agency and employing other talkers. 
This is against our policy, since every talker on the site needs to be
independent and paid directly by us.  We have this policy because it is
unfair for someone to collect commission on another talkers communications on
the site.  The reason this talker was not deactivated until after their
account was a year old, is because it was not until after the year that they
attempted to make another account on the site which raised a red flag and the
accounts were investigated as being an agency.
Although it is common knowledge
that talkers on our site are allowed to use photos that they have the rights to
post and resell on the internet, we do not allow any images that they do not
have the permission of the owner to use.  As soon as an image is reported
to the site as possibly not being owned by the talker, we remove the image in
accordance with our photo policy.
There have not been any security
breaches on TalkToMe.com that have allowed any credit card numbers of talkers
or callers to be displayed over the internet.  In fact, we use a third
party credit card processor that our users enter their credit card information
directly to them.  TalkToMe.com does not ever see the complete credit card
number, or have access to retrieve the data.  Therefore, even if there
were a security breach that did occur on TalkToMe.com, all credit card
information would be safe.

I am rejecting this response because Talktome.com had full knowledge that I was the only one working their lines. However, they had a personal agenda against any pso or cam model who does not follow their plans perfectly! Their rules are not  clear about people not being able to create different accounts. In addition, I had every models' full content which I gave to Talktome.com. My statements are true and factual unlike theirs about many of their business transactions. I reject all of their responses due to their lies and their company's personal agenda against adult entertainers who do not play within  their money rules.  Now, I am done with this crap.
