Tall Brothers, Incorporated

Review: I contracted [redacted] of Tall Brothers to repair a roof on my business property in 2010. He was recommended by my insurance adjuster.Since 2010 I have had numerous reasons to call and ask for repair to leaks in the new roof. I have in writing that he gave me a 20 year guarantee on materials and labor. He never returns my calls. On the odd occasion I have reached him by blocking my phone number he has promised to check out leaks. He has never shown up. He is a GAF certified installer. I have tried to contact them to no avail. The contract was for$40,281.00, paid in full at completion. What recourse do I have with this disreptable company who does not stand by their work or honor their warranty? Any advise you can give me would be gratefully appreciated.Desired Settlement: Repair of warranteed work and for [redacted] to honor his warranty.

Just want to update you and thank you for contacting this company. After you contacted them they arrived twice to remedy the severe leak. The first time unsuccessfully. The 2nd time it was fixed and thus far is good. I thank you for achieving what I was unable to achieve for almost 3 frustrating years of trying!!!
