[redacted] In additon to the the women who I spoke to initially on the telephone about my loan also told me that my loan was to hit my account the same day then I called 4 days later as she was also wrong about that too. I’m completed frustrated with this company and upon the reviews people have had the same issues with this company as well. I’ve also attached some of the complaints also reported to the Revdex.com. So I’m not the only person who was deceived by this company it’s called [redacted]

regarding the complaint of [redacted]. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. Tall Grass Finance values Mr. [redacted]’s business and regrets that he is dissatisfied with our services.   Short term lending is not an inexpensive way to borrow funds and is not suitable for long-term borrowing needs.   Mr. [redacted] was informed that he must contact customer service no less than three business days prior to his due date(s) in order to schedule to pay down or pay off his principal balance. The agent that approved Mr. [redacted] went over the terms and conditions with Mr. [redacted] prior to funding his loan and Mr. [redacted] had no questions over the terms and conditions of his loan. Mr. [redacted] had not contacted customer service to schedule any payments; therefore all payments were taken in accordance with the contract that he signed. A settlement payment was accepted on 9/21/2017. Mr. [redacted] no longer has a balance with Tall Grass Finance. I extremely disappointed, you guys tried to take money from my account, and it was available, but for some reason it didn't work, so you called me and we tried it again , then I never heard from you again, I assumed it went through , then 6 months later a collection agency is calling every one that's on my att account plus my work and now the loan went from 400$ to over 1600 $ is this legal my account was never closed and I never got a phone call or letter or a message from you , this is really upsetting and I don't feel like I should owe that much money, if I had that kind of money I would have never needed the damm loan in the first place.
