Tall Grass Landscaping

Prior to closing on our new home, Bruce Busch of Tall Grass Landscaping was contracted to install a koi pond system consisting of two streams, three water falls and two ponds. The job was poorly constructed which has led to hundreds of gallons of water loss. He was in agreement with the sellers and my husband and I to correct the issues. He visited once to tell me he would need to tear the largest water fall apart and rebuild it. Mr. Busch has schedule this job atleast three times in the past four months, to make right on his word to correct the issues. He has never met any of these dates. After not showing for his scheduled appointment again today, At 9:00 p.m. I called because he did not give me a definitive time for his visit today, I waited all day missing work time. He hung up on me after calling me rude and promising not to correct his shotty work. My thirty plus koi are suffering due to Bruce Busch's and Tall Grass Landscaping's lack of professionalism and inability to stand by their work.
