The company is asking additional $2,500 because what the *** is telling us is the material is not available and he's saying Plan A - Plan D beyond,
we issued advance payment of $2000 last 3rd week of May 2019 and He encashed the advance payment 2nd week of June without updating us for the inspection from the field examiner of Ontario 1 call, who handle the inspection for gas line to start the driveway project. When he asking for additional $2500 last Thursday July 11, we immediately said NO and he's telling a lot of option to proceed the project but the trust is already broken because he wanted to get more money and buy his idea of cutting what we agreed upon when we sign the contract. He simply don't like to return the money and instead used immature business language to his client.
I did contact the customer to inform them the br brick we were prepared to install would not be available for a few months, I offered to install a more expensive brick that is available for my extra cost of the brick. They said they could not afford it so I agreed to absorb the extra cost myself. They declined my
Offer even after I explained that I have spent their 2000$ deposit on preparing for their job on the following items: ordering a custom fence, renting a machine to do the job.
My apologies for the late reply, we have recently moved and had a baby at the end of August, the receipts for the rental of equipment and for the fence are with my accountant. However I am willing to meet in the middle at 1000$ refund to the customer or give me some time to produce the receipts.
