I honestly thought the issue was taken care ofThe ***'s claim is 100% untrue and could not be farther from the truthWhen contacted by the *** we immediately took action and offered assistance. We reviewed the report and photos of the attic that clearly
showed no mice were present at time of inspection months prior to the complaint. Two inspectors, the agent, the *** family relatives were present at time of inspection.I personaly sent Mr. *** the photos and corresponded with him and his agent over the course of several weeks. When Mr. *** stated he was going to sue us, I handed the claim over to our attorney who contacted Mr. *** on October 9th. The issues stated, the report, and claim were reviewed by a third party and determined that the conditions were not present at time of inspection.It appears following my attorneys correspondence with Mr. *** he turned to the internet to vent his accusations.I spoke with my attorney today and he will be providing notice to the *** of suite within the next days. The statements made by Mr. *** are completely and the Revdex.com reporting of his complaint would likely bring the Revdex.com into the suite as contributing party. In response to Ms. [redacted] complaint I would like to respectfully respond.The home inspection is a limited visual inspection of the home. The purpose of the home inspection is to inspect and report items of safety and structural significance. We are extremely transparent to our clients in...
regards to the State Inspection Standards through our pre inspection Agreement as well as within our inspection report.Ms. [redacted] was present at the home inspection with her boyfriend and two teenage children. I specifically pointed out defects listed in the report during the inspection. Several of Ms. [redacted] complaints were specifically addressed in the home inspection report. Others fall out of the scope of the home inspection and were disclosed as items not inspected. Several items Ms. [redacted] is having issues with we're in fact operational at time of inspection. We documented these items in the report with photos specifically showing their operation. Please note, the homes condition can change between the inspection and closing. The good news is we stand by our clients well after they close on there home. We purchased a home warranty for Ms. [redacted] and encouraged her to file a claim with the warranty company. We provided Ms. [redacted] the warranty contact information several times. To date no claim has been filed.Although we would love to assist Ms. [redacted], we need her assistant in doing so. I truly believe we provide the highest quality inspection in the industry and would like to assist Ms. [redacted] going forward.Very Truly Yours,[redacted]
