We need to diagnose the vehicle to be able to perform work and warranty that work. We can not and should not try and diagnose a vehicle over the phone or take another...

I would also like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the inconvenience. It certainly doesn't benefit anyone to make...
mistakes. I looked up our records and believe the car is registered to [redacted] it's a 2014 Jeep Patriot with serial # [redacted], I hope this is the correct information. While I do believe we made a mistake on the availability of the parts I don't believe we maliciously tried to inconvenience or deceive our customer. I think requesting Tires and and money and free oil changes is outrageous. I would suggest that there are numerous other dealerships that may be closer to you that may want to frequent.
