[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business did not fix my car correctly when it was brought to them initially on 4/9/14, by not putting the bracket and clips on, but instead repairing it with cement/glueThat made this present repair entirely their responsibility, as they give lifetime warranties on their workhowever; they did reimburse me for gasI am done with this repair shop, want no further contact, and will never take a car there againI would also advise others to steer clear of themBy the way I hope no one believes that this place fixed my car a second time for free; just out of the goodness of their hearts [redacted] Regards, [redacted] [redacted]

I've read reviews from other paint and body shops, had a bad experience with the previous shop where I took my car, so I wonder if all paint and body shops cater to insurance companies and have no respect for the paying customer anymore I brought my car in to have the hood repainted from the shoddy job of another shop, to repair the headlights and taillights, my driver's side door hinge and window, and they were going to buff the car out They kept my car for four weeks, with me calling each weekFinally the said my car was ready, but when I got a ride to pick it up, the only thing completed was the hoodThat's it, plus an $charge for buffing the car out, yet my car still had bug and dirt residue, as well as scuff marks I left and was finally told my car was ready a couple of weeks laterWent by to pick it up and the lights worked, car was clean, but the driver's side door was still broken, the window has a 2"gap, the piece on the door broken where they had taken it off and broke the tab, and the hinge bent and squeakingI arranged with the manager, ***, to bring my car in the following Monday morning and pick it up Tuesday afternoonthat would give them two days to repair the door I left it that Monday morning, driving in from almost the Georgia line, and called Tuesday afternoon to pick it upWhen I called [redacted] stated that [redacted] was out with a family emergency that day and that I could pick the car up When I got there it hadn't been touched I spoke with [redacted] and she said she'd ask [redacted] to call me but I never heard from himI've left messagesI left several messages for the owner, ***, with both the man at the front desk, ***, and many messages for [redacted] with ***, to call me or give me a time to meet with him about my car, thinking that surely he would honor his company's workI never heard from anyoneI saw him in the shop when I stopped by one time, but after my calls were ignored that many times, I knew my business nor my presence valuedOriginally the owner, ***, looked at my car and stated he would make sure I was taken care ofHe seemed like a man of integrity, but over the months of trying to get my car fixed...I am again leaving disappointed in the man and the trade I was told by the manager that insurance work was their "bread and butter." The little job here and there for the individual customer would seem to be a waste of their timeAfter this experience, it was yet another waste of my time as well

Mrs*** called in and stated her repairs to her vehicle were coming un doneI advised Mrs*** to bring the vehicle in and we will take a look at it and see what needs to be doneShe brought the vehicle in 5/and was to have her vehicle back the following afternoon (5/20)The side
bracket needed replacement and the part was ordered, the part arrived late and delayed the initial completion time, unfortunately this was not relayed to the customer and her time and travel was wasted in coming to the shopI had advised Mrs*** that day that I would cover her gas and again apologized for the inconvenienceOnce the repairs were complete we had it completely detailed and waxed for the customer per her request
The initial concern didn’t appear to be anything related to our repairs, but was taken care of for customer relation
