Talley Construction completed repairs to [redacted]'s house in July 2015. Sometime after this completed work, [redacted] says in his complaint that he hired a subcontractor to re-level his house. This work has nothing to do with the work that Talley Construction...
did. Our superintendent called [redacted] today and went to the house to view the items mentioned in his complaint. Our superintendent confirmed that the cracked walls and broken tile mentioned in the complaint are in a different part of the house that Talley Construction worked on. The work that Talley Construction provided and performed has no cracks or broken tile. Talley Construction's warranty is only on work performed. Talley Construction's warranty does not cover areas of a house where no work was done. It sounds like [redacted] hired a company to re-level his house and when this work was performed, it caused some cracks on the walls and broke some tile. This has nothing to do with the work Talley Construction performed and completed in July 2015. This is not a warranty issue. This is new damaged caused by the homeowners having the house re-leveled.Talley Construction never received a phone call from anyone regarding this issue. The first we heard about this issue was this complaint filed with the Revdex.com. The same day we received this notification, we had our superintendent call the homeowner and meet with the homeowner to investigate the complaint.
