I unfortunately did not have a positive experience. I was promised by the owner that they would lay down wood on my yard for the truck to drive on. I recently tilled and planted grass, so the yard was still soft. They drove right onto my yard with nothing under the truck. Now I have large tracks and will have to rent a tiller and buy new seed in the spring. The workers were very unprofessional. The well was being drilled right outside my large front window, my three year old was happy to watch. One of the workers said the f-word loudly and my son was right there to pick it up. I went with this company because the owner seemed to be very professional and knowledgeable when he came to do the bid. However, the crew that actually did the well was not in that same image. When we confronted the owner, we could not believe the response. He brushed it off and didn\'t seem to care. I\'m not looking for a handout and I paid them for the job in full. If it was my company, I\'d want to know if someone was upsetting my costumers. Also, as a costumer, it took my family awhile to save up enough to get this job done along with months of no running water. I would have thought that would be taken into consideration. At the time of the bid, we discussed the location of the well with the owner, he said it was fine. When the crew got there to drill, one had said it wouldn\'t pass code if the we put it there. He went on to sarcasticly say they could drill it at an angle. He had an attitude with us as if \"if it doesn\'t pass code, oh well\". It turns out that location was fine. That attitude during the process didn\'t give us much faith in the job being done correctly. It was a lot of money to have this job done and I wish we would have been treated with more respect. The well is in and we now have running water that passed code. It is in the location we wanted and everything seems to be working fine. I am in the process of working something out with the company about my yard.
