Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below My co payment was NOT refundedMy appointment was in 2015, not I spoke with Tallman Eye yesterday (6.23.2015) and I was told that all of the documentation is showing a "medical appointment" and that is how it was billedThey refused to resubmit it properly (as a routine exam)I have email proof, if requiredThey forwarded a summary of my visitIt reviewed items that I had been seen for previously, however, this appointment was scheduled as a routine exam in response to my notification cardIf the doctor questions you about previous issues, I do not believe I should be charged for a "special/medical" visit!
