I am the owner-operator of Tallulah’s Bridal for which this complaint was registered The complainant, *** *** *** is a bridesmaid in a friends upcoming wedding The bridal party purchased their dresses from my establishment They were notified via phone that dresses were
ready for pick up Two weeks prior to *** *** complaint we were told the bridesmaids would be coming in on a Saturday to pick up dresses We were here from open to close and no one came to pick up nor did they call to say they were not coming On the day in questions *** *** sent a rude email DEMANDING to know why the store was not openWe did open late due to a family emergency When I asked if she had called to say she was coming in she responded with yet more rude and demanding emails I apologized for any inconvenience and told her she should call to set up a time to pick up her dress She once again became very nasty and demanded that I deliver her dress to her As this is a small business we are unable to accommodate such demands Might I mention also that when *** *** first purchased her dress over the phone she was irate and used foul language toward me and my daughter when we informed her that her credit card was not going through and was being declined She called us “is, iss”, and other choice words. ** *** dress has been picked up by another bridesmaid so she has received the goods she purchased I might add that it is a little distressing that the Revdex.com entertains such nonsense complaints This complainant is an angry, explosive individual who can wreak havoc on small businesses with her rudeness and demands *** *** never called to say she would be coming in for the dress, and while she feels we should be available to her hours a day we do have emergencies that prevent us from opening as stated However had she emailed earlier we could have told her what hours we would be open on that day She did call our store all morning long - about times - but not during business hours and never left messages, she just showed up I hope this response clarifies the situation and please note that the customer received her purchase Regards, Donna H***

I am rejecting this response because:
This business claims to have contacted when the dress was ready to be picked up, that was not true, they claimed I cursed at them and called them mns and mn, that was not true and after reading responses to their bad reviews and how rude they are I wouldn't like to hear from them
