Review: I was a guest at the TallyHo-Tel in Erie, PA for the duration of 8 nights beginning on 06/05/2013. A day following completion of my stay I received an additional charge on my credit card for the amount of 230 dollars. Upon inquiring about the charge, I was informed that there was a microwave and bedding missing from my room. Since there was no microwave to begin with and I used my own bedding I inquired further, but was rudely informed by manager [redacted] that there was nothing that could be done. Additionally, I was told to follow up with corporate. Calling corporate on several occasionans, I finally got through and was told that the matter would be looked into and that I would receive a call back later in the day. I have still never received a call. Additionally, I have disputed the claim on my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like the full 230 dollar amount refunded to my credit card.

Review: I have stayed in this motel many times over the last 3 years with my boyfriend and never had an experience like I did this past weekend (10/11/14-10/13/14). The room was disgusting. The curtains reaked, the bed had a huge dip in it which made it impossible to sleep, the shower was dirty, the shower curtain had mold on it and the bed had bedbugs. We went to call the front desk and the phone wouldn't work. We fiddled with it for 10 minutes or so and finally got it to work. We called multiple times and no one answered. We then decided to just walk over to the main office and when we walked in, it reaked of pot smoke and the kid working the desk had no idea what was going on. This was a horrible experience and I will never stay there again and I will make sure everyone I know, has the same information.Desired Settlement: Refund of full amount paid for 2 night stay

Review: I stayed at the hotel on 09/05/2014-09/06/2014. During my stay on 09/06/2014 I experienced issues with my television volume mysteriously turning down. I complained about to the front desk and they explained that someone will be out to fix the television. This did not happen until the morning of 09/07/2014, while I was checking out. Not to mention that my toilet was not working the day of 09/06/2014. Someone the next morning came to fix the toilet, but this was the next business day. I usually don't complain about my hotel stay, but this was such an inconvenience. I am a reward member for two of the biggest hotel chains in the US. A refund would have made me a satisfied customer. I had contacted the corporation and they told me that they had fixed the issues and will not be giving me and type of refund, even after I let them know that their rooms were infested with bedbugs.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from Management with sincerity . Also, I would greatly appreciate my money back for the two nights I stayed (09/05/2014,09/06/2014).
