Review: On May 16,2013, I stayed at the Motel 6 on Belmont Ave. at that time I paid for my room by using my bank debit card. On Sept 24, 2013, my bank informed me that Motel 6 debited my account for $250.00. I called motel 6 and asked why they debited my account and they said because when I stayed there over 4months ago I smoked in their room. I responded that If this allegation occurred in May, then why wasn't It brought to my attention immediately by calling me or writing me in May rather than the end of September? Their response was that they have been checking my account balance every 2 weeks since May to see if I had $250 dollars in my account. I explained to them that I do not smoke and did not smoke while I stayed there and I think it is a violation of my rights and privacy to keep my account number on file and to randomly check my account balance without notifying me.Desired Settlement: I would like my account refunded $250.00 Immediately. because I have other legit financial obligations that come out of my debit account.

Review: Me and my husband stayed at motel 6 in liberty ohio last nighCalled down to the front desk to tell them the internet wasnt working and the front desk told me that they cant do anyrhing about the internet Then as im looking around the room im finding that the room was cleaned very poorly The doors didnt lock or shut right the toilet didnt flush and had someone elses hqir all over the place Very dis satisfied They wouldnt comp me for anything or even give me my money back or anything I have photos of the room as well if you would like them as wellDesired Settlement: Comp for my charge of the room
